At Sassyrod Tee's, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at your email here with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized orders
Items marked as final sale
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In that case, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement at no charge.
