Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders are made and prepared with care before shipping.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Free Standard Shipping- included with all orders Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping- $15.00 flat rate    Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Sassyrod Tees ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

! Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Sassyrod Tees is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first.

If you need additional help, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Sassyrod Tees is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
