At Sassyrod Tees, we want you to love your tee! Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final (Unless There's a Problem)

Because our T-shirts are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered
• Color preference changes
• Buyer's remorse

Please double-check sizing and product details before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we're happy to make it right. Please contact us within 7days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

Once approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect Address

Sassyrod Tees is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping information at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages caused by the carrier. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier first.
